Innovate UK Grant Award.
Cryogatt, as the lead partner in a consortium, are pleased to announce the award of a grant from Innovate UK (part of UK Research & Innovation) awarded under their Medicines and Manufacturing Round 2: Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund.
The other members of the consortium consist of Fisher Bio Services, C> Catapult, Cranfield University and the Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service (SNBTS).
This project: ‘RFID to enable ATMP Manufacturing, Cryogenic Supply Chain Scale-Up and Productivity Gains’ will develop and demonstrate a full-scale, regulatory compliant, cryogenic RFID system which functions across the three stages of ATMP manufacture. The final system will de-risk and overcome a number of critical barriers to enable full and seamless adoption into the ATMP industry.
